WHY IT WORKS

Licking isn't just satisfying. It's medicine.

Repetitive licking stimulates dopamine release

and activates the body's rest-and-digest

response giving anxious dogs a focused,

soothing outlet for their energy. It lowers

arousal and helps dogs shift out of

fight-or-flight mode.

Veterinarians and trainers widely use lick

mats and food puzzles as distraction

and enrichment tools for anxious and

reactive dogs — during vet visits, grooming,

thunderstorms, and as part of behavioral

treatment plans. We make it easy to apply

these practices at home.

OUR STORY

This started with one very
anxious dog.

She wasn't the dog I thought I adopting. A high-energy breed who didn't actually want to do high-energy things. What she wanted was food, comfort, and a way to feel safe in a world that often felt overwhelming to her.

We lived in an apartment. People and other dogs coming and going constantly. For an anxious, reactive dog, that's a lot. We tried a

lot of things. What finally worked was enrichment. KONGs stuffed, lick mats

spread, sitting in the freezer ready for the next day. We figured it out through trial and error, and once we did, we got into a rhythm that lasted her whole life.

I did this every night. Not because it was easy, but because I knew it was something she genuinely loved. One of the few things that gave

her real calm and peace. Watching her settle into a frozen KONG after a hard day was one of my favorite things about having her.

Puzzle Pup Club is what I wish had existed back then. A simple, reliable weekly service that takes the preparation off your plate, so you can focus

on the part that matters.

Loving your dog, quirks and all.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

How does toy rotation work?

We own all the toys. Each week we drop off fresh treats and pick up the empties in the same visit. Everything is cleaned and sanitized between uses — or upgrade to a dedicated set assigned exclusively to your dog.

What ingredients do you use?

Natural peanut butter (always xylitol-free), plain yogurt, pumpkin puree, banana, low-sodium broth, cream cheese. Recipes rotate seasonally. We screen for your dog's dietary restrictions at signup.

What neighborhoods do you serve?

We're launching in a select cluster of adjacent Chicago neighborhoods. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know as soon as we're delivering in your area.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yeps, pause or cancel anytime with no penalty. We just ask for a week's notice so we can adjust the delivery schedule.
